The residence is over 12,000 square feet and has 21 suites. The design of the residence is a home design not an institutional design. You won’t see any nurses’ stations, acoustic ceiling tiles, metal doors, or plastic baseboard material. Solid wood doors and trim will give you the feeling of home. The ceramic tile on the bathroom floor and the beautifully tiled showers will give the feeling of luxury. The suites will each have private baths and a mini-bar with cabinetry, sink and refrigerator. There are five two-room suites.

The common spaces include a living room with fireplace and a large sunroom with fireplace and a wall of windows to capture the spectacular views. The dining area has a community dining area as will a private dining room where residents can entertain friends and family. Other amenities are a therapy room and a spa-like beauty salon. The outdoor area, with views of Pikes Peak, features comfortable seating, paths for walking, and a fire-pit.

The residence is one-level with no flooring transitions. The entire residence is 100% ADA compliant.
